AGELUN LAMINATED FABRIC is a new composite material with high performance, which is made of high performance silicate fibers and other raw materials, using German technology, German equipment, and through a series of special and rigorous processes. Because of its excellent performance, it is mainly used for solar photovoltaic module laminator conveyor belt, laminator pressing solar module cushion and covering cloth, glass processing, grinding wheel processing and high temperature products pressing, separating, demoulding and so on.

●Main performance characteristics：
1. High temperature resistance: up to 300 C. In practical application, if placed at 250 C for 200 days continuously, not only the strength will not be reduced, but also the weight will not be reduced. When placed at 350 C for 120 hours, the weight will only be reduced by about 0.6%.
2. Non-adherence: It is not easy to adhere to any substance. Easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other adhesives attached to its surface; paste, resin, paint and almost all other adhesives can be simply removed;
3. Chemical corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance to strong acid, alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents;
4. Low friction coefficient (0.05-0.1) is the best choice for oil-free self-lubrication.
5. The transmittance is 6-13%.
6. It has high insulation performance (low dielectric constant: 2.6, tangent below 0.0025);
7. Good dimensional stability (elongation coefficient less than 5), no deformation at high temperature and high strength. It has good mechanical properties.
8. Drug resistance and non-toxicity. Almost all medicines can be tolerated.
9. Fire-proof grade: "non-flammable", up to Euro M1 level
10. Antistatic performance, will not absorb dust, sundries transferred to photovoltaic panels.
11. The surface is smooth and smooth. When laminated, it will not damage the surface of photovoltaic panels and form pits.
12. It can be laminated repeatedly and used many times (because of its good strength and flexibility).
